We use third-party SDKs and services such as:

  • OneSignal: To notify users of in-app push notification. Privacy Policy.
  • Payment Gateways: To process in-app transactions securely.

Payments

When you make the payment for the eSIM purchase or plan purchase, then you provide our third-party payment service provider with your credit or debit card information. We don’t collect your payment card details. For payments, we redirect you to our third-party payment service provider, which collects and processes your payment request.

Note: We do not collect or use any sensitive personal information beyond what is explicitly listed above.

  • Correct or update your personal data

5A. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Once the data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data protection policies.
