Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing the website at https://www.HUBBINGECOM.com/ Application “Symbaa”on Appstore(ios) and Playstore(Android) and purchasing our eSIM, Data Sim Cards, Cloud Phone Number services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) with HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED with its registered offices at 4th Floor Office No 404, BRAHMDEV CHAMBER, Kola Kusma Saraidhela, Dhanbad Jharkhand, India, 828127. You must read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Your use of our services signifies your acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
Additional Terms
Additional terms and conditions or documents posted on the website are considered integral parts of this Agreement. HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement for updates. Continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Data Package eSim Service, Data Package Sim cards, cloud phone numbers
1. HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED offers prepaid data service plans based on eSim technology, Data SIM cards and cloud phone numbers for Oubound call, Inbound call, Messaging services wherever is applicable.
2. The service may be resold through partners or agents.
3. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing an eSIM data plan. The seller shall not be held responsible if the buyer’s device does not support eSIM technology.. And SIM slot that supports the data sim cards
Terms of Service
i) Registration
(1) Customers can register for the service on the website or application “Symbaa” on Appstore/Playstore
(2) Registration requires providing first and last names, a verifiable email address, phone number,and accepting the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.
ii) Purchase and Activation
(1) Service plans may be restricted based on country availability.
(2) Customers must have a network-unlocked, eSim-compatible device for service activation. For Data SIM cards the device must have right slot type to insert of simcards, post purchase its the responsibility of customer to ensure rig
(3) The eSim Technology is supported on devices that already have it embedded into them this functionality and the data plan is activated upon purchase.
(4) It can be used only to access the internet, typical PTSN voice calling & PSTN Messaging are not allowed through our eSIM plans, however calling functionalities may vary for cloud phone number features-refer the application with details of functionalities that is allowed.
(5) The eSIM/Data SIM cards are intended exclusively for international travelers and are not meant for residents of the destination country. If it is determined at any time that the service is being used by a resident of that country, the service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice, and the user’s profile may be blacklisted from making future purchases.
iii) Duration and Termination
(1) Service begins immediately after successfully buying eSim/Data SIM/cloud phone numbers and email confirmation with the associated data plan.
(2) Service duration is based on the terms of the purchased plan. However maximum validity cannot exceed more than one month from the date of activation.
(3) Service terminates upon full consumption of the plan or plan expiry or deletion of eSIM profile, whichever is earlier. Also, eSIM can be installed only once, if you delete or remove from your device it cannot be installed again.
(4) HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend service for customer breaches or violations.
iv) Engagement
(1) Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
(2) HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED partners with other entities, and customers agree to comply with partner terms.
(3) Availability depends on partner network capacity and connection availability.
v) Customer Obligations
(1) Customers agree to use the service in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
(2) Customer information must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
(3) Service usage must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
(4) Service is for personal consumption only.
(5) Service shall not be used for abusive, illegal, or fraudulent actions.
(6) Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Cloud Numbers complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, telecommunications, and marketing
(7) Customers must submit the Passport, visa , ticket details post purchase to sellers on admin@hubbingecom.com or whatasapp on +919508041583 from their registered phone or email id. Failure to do so -the seller will have the right to cancel the plan.
(8) Indian travelers must not activate their plans before 24 hours of departure of their flight. Example if your flight is scheduled to depart at 10 PM on 20th July, you should activate your plan on or after 10 PM on 19th July.
Payment Terms
i. eSim/cloud numbers purchase on the website or application “Symbaa” is processed through an authorized agent.
ii. Prices are inclusive of indirect and direct taxes.
iii. Indirect taxes include sales tax, value-added tax, and similar levies.
Returns and Refunds Policy
i. Customers are charged upon eSim/Data Cards/cloud number purchase.
ii. Refund requests are accepted before eSim/Data cards/cloud number installation or activation. Refunds are not processed if the customer’s consumption has started i.e greater than 0 KB. All the refund processes will be taken on a case-to-case basis. It is the responsibility of buyers to ensure they have eSIM-compatible devices before purchasing the eSIM.
iii. Complaints or feedback or payment gateway issues can be sent via WhatsApp, chatbot, or email.
Governing Law and Legal Compliance
i. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Courts in Jharkhand, India.
ii. Other applicable laws of other states or countries may also apply.
iii. Collection of personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
i. The website and application “Symbaa” is the proprietary property of HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED.
ii. Content and Marks on the website are owned or controlled by HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED.
iii. No part of the website may be used for commercial purposes without permission.
Privacy Policy

ii. Disclosure of personal details may occur as required by a valid order or court order.
Assignment
i. HUBBING ECOM PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to assign rights and obligations without client consent.
